Emotional Phone - Blackberry Empathy

The new Blackberry Empathy will convey your feelings using a biometric ring. A new Blackberry is Designed by David Yoon, the phone works with a biometric ring that reads a person’s emotional state. Conveying the feelings of the wearer, this piece allows the communication over social networks to become deeper.

BlackBerry Empathy connects the user straight away to sites like FaceBook and MySpace for quick messaging and status updates. The device also comes with proximity sensors, allowing you to detect the emotions of the folks nearby through an emotion chart with a visual timeline.

Empathy uses movable keys, a translucent tactile keyboard and a flexible OLED display, plus a HUD (heads up display). The keypad on this phone can change color according to the user’s emotions, that are sensed through messages, phones calls and biometric sensors.

The concept of Social networking through portable devices is already popular among the masses, but the biometric technology will just take it to another level.

Farmville Vs Phrases..

When I started Farmville i was never aware of it's that rapid success. I left it a year back but i still have friends who are crazy about plowing and seeding .. Damn get a life .. It's not jus about my few friends, Farmville was awarded as the best and highly rated Facebook application. I got the reason why you loved it. LOL ..!!

Farmville was growing so fast that on each month  and when Facebook ranks the active users on its application, farmville was found on the top with 80 million users at sometime back. I heard they rule about 15 months (Zynga earned a lot ~winks~) but recently I heard thar farmville is beaten by Phrases. ftw..!! Monthy active users of Phrases are more than Farmville (yea Farmville's daily active users are still more than Phrases.) what's Phrases.??

Phrases is a Facebook application to create more Facebook applications, btw I jus created one today as a test drive .. its not so awesome .. seriously .. !!

Farmville is with 54 million active users now with 3.9/5 starts and phrases has more than that with 3.5/5 rating. People are losing interest in Farmville 'cause of playing it like an ordinary video game. Zynga is trying hard to gain its popularity back with other games . On the other hand, a bit odd thing happened that Phrases was banned for the US users..

World Beneath the Glaciers..

These are the amazing pictures from the ‘Ice Man’ – a frosty photographer who is prepared to go to extraordinary lengths to capture the perfect picture. Eric Guth was spending days hiding out in some of the world’s most spectacular glacier caves. The 30-year-old regularly camps for days inside the glaciers which can reach unbelievable temperatures & sometimes as low as 20 degrees below freezing.

“'I have been fascinated with ice for as long as I can remember so I can't imagine doing anything else,” Mr Guth told the UK’s Daily Mail. “'My mum was a photographer and  when she passed her camera down to me, taking pictures of glaciers just seemed like the natural thing to do.”

"The long camping trips can be pretty intense and it's definitely a change from the sun I am used to at home but I love it. I have seen dozens already the sight always takes my breath away,” he said.
